StatusLine subscriptions are managed through Stripe after checkout, including payment methods, invoices, plan updates, and cancellation.

These billing terms are pilot-ready operating terms and should be reviewed before public launch.

How to cancel

Owners and managers can open the Billing card in the shop dashboard and choose Manage billing. Stripe will open the customer portal where the subscription can be canceled or updated.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future subscription billing. Unless otherwise stated in writing, access remains available through the paid billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally not refunded after a billing period begins. If there was a billing error or duplicate charge, email support@getstatusline.com so it can be reviewed.

Data after cancellation

Before canceling, shops should export any message, consent, and repair records they need. After cancellation, account access and data retention may be limited as StatusLine moves from pilot to production.
